We‘ll be riding without Youssef this week on this mostly flat Super B ride, with less than 2,500 ft of ascent, heading West on familiar roads to Triple Fresh Market by way of Doe Run Village & The Whip Tavern. Focus remains on riding safely and cohesively as a group in order to keep regrouping at a minimum while evenly sharing the workload.
Heading NW. Look for relatively temps between 50 and 60 and low winds. Note the start time and B+ pace and expect to be in the mid-to high end of the range. Work together to stay together.
3rd of multi-week series to get back into shape. 44mi, ~2200ft, 15mph.
Forecast keeps shifting, but morning should be dry. Shorter route with some climbing at a slower "social" pace.
I still have winter legs and winter fitness. Didn‘t have a lot of success keeping up with Mike K last week, so I‘ll post something that I can complete. Distance should be 40ish plus or minus. No drops. We‘ll stick together but expect the the speed to be 14-14.5. Cue sheet to follow.
Let‘s ride the Brandywine Valley Roubaix together.

WCCC FIRST ALL-CLUB REMOTE WEEKEND RIDE
All club Gravel ride Weekend in Loudoun County 5/31-6/2
Loudoun County Va. is a magical place only 3 hours from West Chester.... Imagine Chester County but the majority of the roads are unpaved, with little to no traffic. Large equestrian farms are the foundation of the landscape with tree lined gravel roads.
This all-club weekend will have guided rides for all levels (C, B-, B, A).
Each of the start locations will have post-ride lunch spots including one good ol’ southern BBQ.
