Been off the bike for a while? As I did last Spring, I'll run a series of rides (4 to 6 to ??) to help get us back in riding shape. Over the next several weeks, we'll ramp up from low B to B+ in effort level. In the process, we'll also be ramping up or group riding skills. Ride #4 will require increased effort from previous rides, but not significantly. I'm expecting to this to be low B+ effort at a solid B pace (15-16mph). There are no notable climbs. We'll not be setting PRs today, but you'll get a good workout. Rest stop at Hockessin Wawa. Gameday decisions by 7:30a
