Been off the bike for a while? As I did last Spring, I'll run a series of rides (4 to 6 to ??) to help get us back in riding shape. Over the next several weeks, we'll ramp up from low B to B+ in effort level. In the process, we'll also be ramping up or group riding skills. Ride #5 will be a step up from previous weeks, although the mph won't show it. This is a somewhat unusual route for many of you. We'll do the full Rock Raymond, do a short section of the CVT, and come back to the lot travelling past the hospital. Most of the climbing is in the first half, but there's a kicker near the end.
