Learn the nuances of riding safely in a group. This seminar includes both classroom instruction and on-the-bike practice sessions. The classroom allows you to learn the concepts in a safe, stress free environment while the on-the-bike practice sessions enable you to translate the concepts into real world experiences. The seminar will be conducted at the GreshFit Studio. We’ll use the big screen typically used for training sessions for the classroom so everyone will be able to see the materials and the vehicle free on Sunday parking lots and connector road to CVS for the on-the-bike practice sessions. Participation is encouraged regardless of your current skill level. Everyone can learn something new or use a refresher. Lunch will be provided!
